Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope your swag has brought you just the right amount of chaos. Refunds are a no go for us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for a product of same or lesser value. Please see below for more information.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service at chaoscollection2@gmail.com, to obtain instructions on how to proceed, yes indeed.

SHIPPING/PICK UP PROCESS

Items typically ship within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Once item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

If pickup option is chosen; the location is in Macomb MI. Crossroads are 21 Mile & North Ave. There are package bins located on the porch for pickup at your convenience. Exact location will be given at the bottom of the completion email! 

Heads Up! You might get a little Chaos in multiple packages.

Here’s the deal: some of our items (like our signature sparkle puff prints and specialty custom orders) are handmade by our Chaos Crew right here in-house. Others are fulfilled through our print partner to help us get your gear to you faster — especially those standard items you love.

So if your order shows up in two different shipments... don’t panic. That’s just Chaos working its magic in multiple places. 😉

We pinky promise all your pieces are on the way — they're just taking slightly different roads to get to your closet.
