Processing Times

Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing before shipment unless otherwise stated in the product description or during special launches/pre-orders.

During high volume launches, holidays, sales, or special events, processing times may be extended.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are custom produced specifically for this launch and may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to ship. Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on applicable product pages.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are completed.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays

Chaos Collection is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Address Changes

Please double check your shipping information before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is selected, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
